The first stage of the Minor belt road consists is a trunk highway of 32 meters wide. 7.5 kilometers of way was paved and three bridges were constructed in a short span of time. These structures on the Buyuk Ipak Yuli, Parkent and Pushkin streets became an important part of the Minor belt road.

The second stage of the Minor belt road includes such structures as highway crossing over Mustakillik avenue (Buyuk Ipak Yuli), highway crossing over Tarakkiyot (Musahanov) street.

Highway crossing over U. Nasir street (Southern terminal station) is included in the third stage of the Minor belt road.

A Highway crossing along A. Kadiri street over Shaihontohur street with 4-lane traffic and a highway crossing along G. Gulyam street over A. Kadiri street with 6-lane traffic have been placed into operation in 2014-2015.

The significance of highway crossings in social and economic life of the country is invaluable. The master plan of socio-economic development of the city is corrected for perspective in connection of increase of motor transport in Tashkent city.
