The dividend policy of JSC "BOSHTRANSLOYIHA" is based on balance of interests of society and its shareholders, on increase in welfare of shareholders and ensuring growth of capitalization of society, on respect and respect for the rights of the shareholders provided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter of JSC "BOSHTRANSLOYIHA" and her internal documents.

Society considers capitalization growth as the main way of satisfaction of property interests of shareholders on extraction of the income from actions. The dividend policy consists in optimization of proportions between the consumed and capitalized parts of the profit got by Society for the purpose of increase in market value of the stock.

The dividend policy of Society is based on the principles of transparency, justice, validity, timeliness, etc.
